Senior Plaintiff Attorney
Our firm is a growing downtown Long Beach toxic tort firm that handles complex and sophisticated matters. We have an immediate need for an experienced Litigator who has 6+ years of experience and can make an immediate contribution. A candidate must have plaintiff experience and must enjoy working closely with clients, and the responsibility that goes along with providing first rate service. Outstanding writing skills, good credentials, a proven ability to think, a desire to work as part of a team are prerequisites, and fluently in English and Spanish. Experience in toxic tort and environment litigation is a plus.
Salary range is $80,000 - $120,000, depending on experience. Please send your writing sample, depo transcript and list of trial results
Junior Plaintiff Attorney
We are also looking for a Litigator with 1-4 years of experience, we will consider candidates having less than 1 year of litigation experience, provided you have the right credentials. A candidate must have plaintiff experience and must enjoy working closely with clients, and the responsibility that goes along with providing first rate service. Excellent writing skills, good credentials, a proven ability to think, a desire to work as part of a team are prerequisites, and fluently in English and Spanish. Experience in toxic tort and environment litigation is a plus.
Salary range is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience.
Legal Secretary
Our law firm, leader in toxic tort and environment litigation, seeks a versatile exp litigation secretary who will have detail-oriented, be highly motivated, organized, a strong work ethic, and outstanding communication skills in both English and Spanish, and who can handle heavy duty plaintiff litigation. Candidates must have approximately 4+ years’ litigation experience to work in this prestigious, highly professional environment. Typing of 65-75 wpm and knowing WP and local rules is a plus.
Salary range is $35,000 - $55,000, depending on experience.
Discovery Paralegal
We need a smart, flexible, team player who is dependable, professional and polished. A top candidate must be able to demonstrate good judgment and use discretion when dealing with confidential matters.
Qualified candidates must have experience responding to written discovery including objections, reviewing documents (evidentiary documents, not pleadings or correspondence) received from any source, including third-party defendants and clients, to prepare privilege logs (with the advice of the attorneys if needed) and responses to discovery. Must be familiar with California discovery statutes, WordPerfect and have at least 5 years of litigation experience (with experience in responding to discovery). Speaking both English and Spanish is a plus.
Salary range is from $45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience.
Junior Paralegal
Growing Downtown Long Beach Toxic Tort Litigation Firm is seeking a smart, flexible, team player who is dependable, professional and polished. A top candidate must be able to demonstrate good judgment and use discretion when dealing with confidential matters. Speaking both English and Spanish is a plus.
Salary range is from $15/hr - up, depending on experience.
Part-time Jr. Paralegals
We need a smart, flexible, team player who is dependable, professional and polished. A top candidate must be able to demonstrate good judgment and use discretion when dealing with confidential matters. Speaking both English and Spanish is a plus.

Calendaring Clerk
An experienced calendaring clerk with of minimum of 3 years experience is needed. Qualified candidates will be handling calendar; preparing Summons, Civic Case Cover Sheet, Civil Case Cover Sheet Addendum, preparing statement of damages, locating defendants by searching secretaries of state, internet searches, yellow pages and white pages, preparing Summons with defendant’s name, perparing and file request for entry of default.
Salary range is from $11 - $16/hour, depending on experience
File Clerk
We need an experienced filing clerk, enthusiastic, hard working office, with good oral and written communication skills, self motivated with the ability to work independently, plan and well-organized work, and type 30 wpm and lift boxes up to 30lbs.
Salary range is from $8 - $15/hour, depending on experience
Receptionist
Full-time experienced receptionist. Qualified candidates must be able to handle busy phone lines, converse fluently in English and SPANISH, type a minimum of 30 wpm and have 1+ years of experience.
Salary range is from $8 - $12/hour, depending on experience
Copy/Mail Clerk
We are searching for an experienced and efficient copy clerk who can handle large copy jobs and process all incoming and outgoing mails and faxes. Candidates must have 1+ years of experience. This person should also possess strong communication skills and be very detail oriented.
Salary range is from $8 - $12/hour, depending on experience
